Who We Are
The TOCYD program is a child and youth outreach center dedicated to helping communities through children. It was founded in 2012 by Raynold Christopher the lead pastor of The Open Evangelistic Church. The center is located in the North Eastern part of Tanzania in Moshi near Mt. Kilimanjaro the tallest mountian in Africa.
The program was started with a set of core values to drive the program:
